This peaceful, serence image depicts the attitude and emotions of people as they walk the cold winter paths leading from one National Memorial to another. The paths in this image lead to the Vietnam Memorial and on to the Lincoln Memorial. Lined with benches, people are encouraged to stop and contemplate the price of freedom paid by brave men and women. Of course, creation's natural beauty accentuates the awe found in such wonderful tributes to our Nation's heros.
