The image is of a sunrise taken off the island of Santorini (part of the Greek Islands) and the poem was written in response to a contemplative moment I experienced several years ago.

This inspirational piece of art creates a beautiful card, or hanging piece of art, designed to remind the viewer of their extreme value and beauty which superceedes all of creation. Could also relate to a message from a father to a child.

The poem reads:
Encountering My Father

In that brief ...awe-filled moment,
As the sun crests the break of day,
Painting the morning sky with brilliant color,
It's then, I hear you say ...
"My child ... your beauty cannot comjpare
For you ... and you alone ... take my breathe away.
